CHARACTERISTICS
Color: White background in the young specimens, which darkens to ocher tones in the older ones, with an interrupted line that starts at the base of the tail and crosses diagonally towards the dorsal fin. It has another vertical band that crosses at eye level and for which it is nicknamed “masked.” Size: approximately 2 cm and adults do not exceed 6 cm in length.
SEXUAL DIFORMISM.
Mature females are more voluminous and grow larger.
